The range of new dog toys has become a standard sale line in every store these days. From Target/Kmart, Bunnings to Supermarkets. Every store has a line of dog toys without counting pet specific outlets.

Some dogs are great that they don’t chew their toys, while other toys can last until the first stitching becomes unravelled. The poor toy can be the result of an unexplained internal stuffing explosion. A diagnosis that only a bin can be the cure.

Have you thought about visiting your local charity store for alternatives? They will have a range of pre-loved toys that will be full of interesting smells for the cost of a few dollars. We recommend sending them through the wash first, and look for soft toys with no batteries. Leave them lying around for a surprise find.
